Hi, I’m Christine Strelec, founder of Sapphire Lotus Event Planning.

My love for wedding planning began with a very special wedding, my own. I fell in love with the process of bringing all the details together and creating a celebration that felt personal, meaningful, and unforgettable. What started as a passion eventually became an opportunity to help other couples experience that same joy without carrying the stress of managing everything themselves.

For more than 10 years, I’ve worked in the wedding industry, coordinating countless celebrations and learning exactly what it takes to make a wedding day flow smoothly. I specialize in the details that happen behind the scenes—the timelines, vendor communication, finishing touches, transitions, and unexpected moments that require a calm and experienced hand.

But my experience extends far beyond weddings.

With more than 20 years of professional experience in early childhood, marketing, and client relations, I’ve built my career around something I truly value: people. Those years have taught me the importance of patience, organization, communication, creativity, and, most importantly, listening.

I bring those same qualities to every couple I work with. I want to understand your vision, what matters most to you, and how you want your wedding day to feel.

As a mom of three boys, I also understand just how quickly life’s meaningful moments pass. It’s one of the reasons I care so deeply about helping couples be fully present on their wedding day. You should be making memories with the people you love—not watching the clock, answering vendor questions, or worrying about what needs to happen next.
